Retailer General Shipping Information:

All orders placed before 2pm are picked and packed then loaded onto our delivery company's vans the same day. 90% of our deliveries are next day, however, in the event your parcel does not arrive within 3-4 working days from despatch please e-mail us on customerservices@energisetrade.com

The delivery companies we use are:BusinessPost and ParcelForce. All companies we use provide us with a unique consignment number, which can be used to track your parcel's progress. The tracking number will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched so as to enable you to track the delivery.

In the unlikely event your order is partially stocked we will e-mail you to let you know.

Please note that we use BusinessPost for UK courier deliveries and they deliver between the hours of 8am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday) the next working day.

If no-one is in, you will be carded by the courier who will then take your parcel back to their depot. Delivery will be attempted on the next available working day automatically. If this also fails your parcel will be held at the local depot for up to 5 days and returned to us if no further contact from you is received.

Energise Trade will try its best to help you receive your parcel easily and as conveniently as possible. But please be aware that if we believe the couriers and ourselves have done all that could reasonably be asked to deliver your parcel after two attempts, we will ask you to accept the postal charge of £5.95 for redelivery.

Mainland UK & Northern Ireland delivery (excluding Channel Islands)

You can order either online or by calling our order hotline on (01604) 491500. The UK includes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. The post and packing cost is £6.77 ex. VAT (£7.95 inc. VAT) unless you have ordered over £250 inc. VAT in which case it is free delivery. The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

Islands, Scottish Highlands and BFPO orders

Delivery to these areas can be slightly higher than mainland deliveries. If you are concerned about the delivery cost, please e-mail enquiries@energisetrade.com or ring our order hotline on (01604) 491500.

Overseas Orders (including Channel Islands & Republic of Ireland)

You can order either online or by calling our order hotline +44 1604 491500. For a list of countries we deliver to, please click here.  We ship all of our overseas orders by ParcelForce. If you require delivery to any other country, please call +44 1604 491500 or e-mail enquiries@energisetrade.com.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of their receipt , we will give a full refund. Goods must however, be returned unused in their original packaging for a full refund to be made. If the goods are not in this condition then we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee which takes into account the devaluation of the goods due to use/damage and an administrative cost.

If the items are faulty or damaged we will exchange them so long as we are notified within 10 days of the receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

If you do not receive a product, you must let us know within 10 days of placing your order, otherwise we cannot send a replacement.
