Because many of our products are natural food supplements, the statements about the products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or DEFRA. This independent distributor does not engage directly or indirectly in diagnosing, dispensing medical advice, or prescribing the use of any of our products as a treatment for disease or sickness. One should always consult a primary care physician/health practitioner of choice when considering supplementation for health purposes, especially when undergoing treatment for an existing condition. Return / Refund Policy

Goods must however, be returned unused, in their original packaging for a refund to be made. If the goods are not this condition then we charge a restocking fee which takes into account the devaluation of the goods due to use/damage and an administrative cost.

We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

If you do not receive a product, you must let us know within 10 days of placing your order, otherwise we cannot send a replacement.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly. We will endeavour to reply within 5 working days, when it will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
